FOUNDATION A and B LEVEL BSL incorporating BSL AWARENESS
The Foundation A and B Level BSL course naturally follows on from the Introduction to BSL course, and offers you the opportunity to develop those everyday sign language skills already learnt.

We have incorporated into the Foundation A and B Level BSL course the BSL Awareness course. This component of the course is tailor made for anyone who is interested in finding out more about the language of the Deaf Community in the United Kingdom. It is also designed to raise awareness of BSL, its history and its place within the lives of Deaf people.  It is highly recommended for people who live and work with the Deaf.

The combined courses last for 26 weeks and you will again have the opportunity to take an assessment of your skills and receive a certificate upon passing. Before starting this course, you must have taken and passed the Introduction to BSL course.
